Detect mobile browsers for redirecting mobile websites by PHP & JAVA SCRIPT

If you have a issue regarding how to redirecting your MOBILE website to your mobile browsers so I am here for you,the problem is that like if we are talking about FACEBOOK if you run facebook on your PC then the URL is www.facebook.com but the same URL when you type on your mobile phone then it will redirect you directly m.facebook.com.
