Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd is hiring FRESHERS for Process Assurance Risk Management profile
Conduct risk assessment of functions and creating the Risk Profile for the department
Act as a repository of operational loss ensuring root cause & mitigation plan is in place
Conduct analysis on critical areas to be presented to the management
Conduct audits – Revenue Assurance, existing and new regulations, financial, ISO, File&Use, schemes and incentives
Design and review process notes factoring various risk and corresponding controls and act as custodian of process, policies and manuals
Review the work of managers mapped to him/her
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Location : Mumbai Suburbs
Experience : 0 to 3 yrs.
Education : UG – B.Com – Commerce
PG – CA
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
